Welcome to Club Connexions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services related to the production, printing, and distribution of official plastic membership cards for Lions Clubs across District 351 (Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine).

By submitting an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

  1. Verification & Eligibility
  • Authorized Authorization: Orders for Lions District 351 plastic cards must be submitted by active Lions members, authorized club officers, or district officials.
  • Data Accuracy: Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted data, including member names, titles, club names, photos, and Lions member identification numbers. Club Connexions is not liable for misprints resulting from incorrect data provided by the client.
  1. Orders & Production
  • Design Approvals: Prior to final printing, proof approvals (digital previews) may be provided. Once a print proof is approved by the client or authorized representative, production begins and changes cannot be made.
  • Customization Rights: Clients warrant that they have the right to use all uploaded logos, emblems, and images (including Lions Clubs International branding) for the purpose of card manufacturing.
  1. Pricing & Payments
  • Accepted Payment Methods: All orders must be settled via Cash or Whish Money.
  • Payment Terms: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing for official district bulk orders, production or delivery of final products will commence only upon confirmation of payment receipt or verification of the Whish Money transfer reference code.
  • Currency: Prices are stated in the agreed transaction currency at the time of order confirmation.
  1. Delivery & Fulfillment
  • Coverage Region: Delivery services are managed across Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine.
  • Shipping Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are non-binding estimates. Club Connexions is not liable for customs delays, courier disruptions, or force majeure events affecting international shipments across District 351.
  1. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
  • Custom Products: Because all plastic cards are custom-printed items tailored to specific individuals and clubs, all sales are final, and non-defective returns or refunds are not accepted.
  • Defects or Printing Errors: If an order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect attributable to Club Connexions, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will reprint and replace defective cards free of charge.
  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, card layout templates, graphics, and branding elements created by Club Connexions remain the property of Club Connexions. Official Lions Club trademarks and logos remain the property of Lions Clubs International and are used solely for official district card production.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Club Connexions, its owners, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local commercial laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lebanon.

  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
